About The Position

Cognizant is hiring a Warehouse Management Consultant to lead support efforts for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MA WM) and Manhattan Warehouse for Open Systems (WMOS). This client-facing role focuses on ensuring system stability, resolving issues efficiently, and driving innovation in supporting and implementing Manhattan Warehouse Management solutions for its clients. In this role, you will: Responsible for supporting multiple warehouse sites, balancing complexity to ensure processes are scalable and cost-effective. • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts between business teams and product vendors (e.g., Manhattan, MHE, Kronos, etc.). • Provide functional support, analysis, and configuration for Manhattan WM Active/WMOS solutions to meet business requirements. • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical topics to non-technical audiences. • Collaborate effectively across business units, IT managers, and cross-functional teams. • Monitor and manage onsite-offshore coordination, AVM SLAs, ticket escalations, and drive best-in-class process adoption. • Support coverage, monitor incoming tickets and provide functional support, analysis, and configuration on Manhattan WMS based on the tickets to achieve business needs. • Deliver high service performance through effective RCA and timely fixes. · Evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes. Requirements

  • Customer-focused Manhattan WMS consultant with 5–7 years of experience in implementing and supporting WMOS & MAWM systems, with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate effectively across business units, DC operational users, Client IT managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze customer feedback to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage coordination between WMS, integration teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven success working in a highly matrixed global environment with vendors, service providers, and support organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • Good working hands-on experience and knowledge on Manhattan Active product and its microservice components
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL, Postman, REST APIs, and JSON.
  • Good to have troubleshooting experience with MAWM Proactive, SCI, Jasper, and label reports, but not mandatory.
