About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate veterinarian to join our team as Managing DVM and lead our small animal hospital into its next chapter of growth. To make this transition even more exciting, we’re offering a $50,000 sign -on bonus to welcome the right candidate. Our Isanti, MN practice is a well -established, team -oriented hospital known for its steady pace, quality care, and collaborative culture. As our current leader prepares for retirement, we’re ready to welcome a new Managing DVM who’s eager to inspire, mentor, and guide our talented team of veterinary professionals. Located just north of the Twin Cities, Isanti offers small -town charm with easy access to big -city amenities. The community is known for its historic downtown filled with local specialty shops, friendly neighbors, and a welcoming atmosphere. Outdoor enthusiasts will love over 260 acres of parkland and 30 miles of trails, along with sports complexes, play areas, and picnic spaces. And when you’re in the mood for city life, Minneapolis is less than an hour’s drive away. As our Managing DVM, you’ll provide both medical and operational leadership for the hospital. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our hospital while maintaining the high standard of care our community has come to expect. We believe that caring for our team is just as important as caring for our patients.

Requirements

  • Active Minnesota DVM license in good standing

Responsibilities

  • Guiding and mentoring associate veterinarians
  • Overseeing quality medical care and client service
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices
  • Fostering a positive, team -based culture
  • Collaborating with practice management on strategy, performance, and growth

Benefits

  • $130,000–$150,000/year salary, based on experience
  • 4 - or 5 -day workweek with no weekends or on -call duties
