What We’re Looking For Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited AVMA program. Active (or eligible) Wisconsin license, plus DEA/BNDD eligibility. Excellent communicator with strong leadership and collaboration skills. At least 1 year of veterinary experience(leadership experience a plus!). What We Offer $120,000 -$140,000/yr based on experience. Unlimited personal time + flexible scheduling for true work -life balance. Bonus incentives + relocation assistance. Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited AVMA program.

- At least 1 year of veterinary experience(leadership experience a plus!).
Responsibilities
- Provide medical and non -medical leadership for the practice.
- Support and guide associate veterinarians.
- Ensure compliance while upholding the highest standards of veterinary ethics.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive environment where your team can thrive.
- Shape the direction of the practice and advance medical care.
- Enjoy a steady caseload with a balance of medical and surgical cases.
