What We’re Looking For Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited AVMA program. Active (or eligible) Wisconsin license, plus DEA/BNDD eligibility. Excellent communicator with strong leadership and collaboration skills. At least 1 year of veterinary experience(leadership experience a plus!). Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited AVMA program.
  • Active (or eligible) Wisconsin license, plus DEA/BNDD eligibility.

  • At least 1 year of veterinary experience(leadership experience a plus!).

  • Provide medical and non -medical leadership for the practice.
  • Support and guide associate veterinarians.
  • Ensure compliance while upholding the highest standards of veterinary ethics.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive environment where your team can thrive.
  • Shape the direction of the practice and advance medical care.
  • Enjoy a steady caseload with a balance of medical and surgical cases.
