Requirements

  • Building financial models of workstreams (OpEx vs CapEx)
  • Manage high level deliverable status for workstreams, and drive workstreams to high level dates per the plan
  • Manage high level financials of program - budget per workstream by vendor, tracking deliverable productivity against spend
  • Support Release Train Engineers with Program Level issues
  • Generate and maintain JIRA dashboards to provide holistic picture of status and dependencies, setting standards across workstreams
  • Able to review and identify status in JIRA

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain overall program plan and roadmap for all workstreams (9 currently)
  • Prepare presentations for executive and steering committee meetings
  • Support and engage with executive team and business partners - providing updates, presentations and documentation as needed
  • Manage RAID (risk, action items, issues, dependencies) for all workstreeams
  • Manage workstream level planning - dates for requirements approval, grooming, and completion of stories
