About The Position
WealthBridge Financial Group is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Managing Director. This leadership role is intended for a seasoned financial advisor who has excelled in building a robust personal practice and is eager to transition into a role that emphasizes both practice development and team leadership. In the position of Managing Director, your primary objectives will include recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of financial advisors, as well as continuing to grow your own client base. You will play a critical role in fostering a vibrant culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the firm. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services with a proven track record in client acquisition and retention.
- Active Life and Health License is required.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team building, coaching, and mentoring.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong client-centric approach.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business growth.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; support for obtaining these licenses may be available.
