About The Position

The Data Platform Technical Program Manager plays a critical role in shaping how Teach For America uses data to drive impact. In this role, you’ll lead the execution of complex, cross-functional data initiatives that power decision-making across the organization—turning strategy into reality through disciplined delivery and strong technical partnership. As a product-minded TPM, you’ll work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to bring the data platform vision to life. You’ll translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable plans, ensure work is well-sequenced and aligned to priorities, and help deliver scalable, well-integrated solutions that support innovation across TFA. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating deeply across teams; navigating ambiguity, connecting technical and business domains, and keeping momentum across the data platform pod. This is an opportunity for an experienced TPM who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, and who is energized by building systems that enable others to do their best work.
