About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Technical Program Management to lead the evolution of our global HR technology landscape. This leader will own the strategy and operational excellence of our corporate HR applications, with a heavy emphasis on Oracle HCM. You will lead a high-performing global team to bridge the gap between complex HR business objectives and scalable technical architecture, driving efficiency and a superior employee experience across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, with at least 7 years in a dedicated leadership or management role.
  • Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM (Recruiting, Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and Scheduling) including deep technical and functional knowledge.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a globally distributed team of technical and functional professionals.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to influence and build consensus among senior executive leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications: PMP/PgMP and Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Methodology: Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Ecosystem Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive service delivery and program strategy for the HR application portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide business goals.
  • Oracle HCM Governance: Act as the primary thought leader and subject matter authority for Oracle HCM, defining the long-term platform roadmap and overseeing the adoption of new features and best practices.
  • Investment Management: Oversee the total budget for HR technology, including software licensing, third-party vendor services, and internal resource allocation.
  • Technical Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations and technical support for Oracle HCM and integrated applications, ensuring high system availability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Metrics-Driven Leadership: Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for HR technology support, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement in service quality.
  • Program Governance: Lead the prioritization and execution of high-impact HR initiatives, from global module rollouts to complex system integrations.
  • Global Talent Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing global team of Technical and functional leads, fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centricity.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior HR and business leaders, translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Drive collaboration with IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless data flow and security across the enterprise system architecture.
