This individual will develop, support, and implement strategies that enhance talent recruitment, retention, and development efforts—advancing regional prosperity by attracting top talent, cultivating internal growth opportunities, and building a strong, sustainable talent pipeline. Oversee the events of the talent and workforce scope of work including task force meetings, signature events, and membership meetings. Reporting Structure This individual will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Education, Talent & Workforce and assist with overall operations of this team.
