Responsibilities and tasking include: Delivery Planning & Execution Working with Team Leads to develop a repeatable model for effectively, efficiently, and profitably delivering our core services. Develop ing , implement ing , and monitor ing operational systems and processes to provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles. Oversee ing service delivery to ensur e seamless execution of projects and services and the delivery of quality results to clients . Refining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track operational performance . Identify ing areas for process improvement and implement ing solutions to streamline operations. Working with Team Leads to coordi n ate and schedule all operational activities, ensuring resources are effectively allocated across the project portfolio. Ensuring that downtime is effectively utilized for process improvements and employee development . Staying close to key projects and engaging regularly with client executive management to ensure mutual success . Identifying recurring challenges on projects (e.g., client delays) and developing techniques for proactively managing them. Collaborat ing with Team Leads and SMEs to d evelop and document best practices, playbooks, and workflows to standardize service execution and optimize our delivery practices (e.g., use of automation, AI, etc.) Organizational Growth & Team Leadership Identifying knowledge/capability gaps and critical dependencies and devising solutions for addressing them (grow ing internal resources, hir ing new talent, engag ing partners/subs). Collaborat ing with Recruiting and HR to develop strategic goals for recruiting, retention, performance management, and employee development . Lead ing , mentor ing , and develop ing a team of directors, managers, consultants, and associates within the service delivery organization. Provid ing training and mentorship to team members on project management and service delivery best practices. Foster ing a high-performance culture with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and professional development. Business Development & Client Relationship Management Identify ing market trends, competitive opportunities, and potential risks to ensure the company's continued success and growth. Build ing strong relationships with C-suite executives, key stakeholders, and decision-makers in client organizations. Driv ing initiatives to enhance the client experience and meet or exceed client expectations. Assisting Team Leads and SMEs in account management and identify ing opportunities for expand ing footprint with existing clients . Enhancing brand visibility through professional writing (blogs, articles) and public speaking at events. Leverag ing relationships to proactively identify new client/project opportunities. Collaborat ing with internal and external partners to co-develop new solutions , services, or technology-driven innovations. Financial Management Work ing closely with Team Leads to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. Oversee ing the financial health of the delivery organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting . Leverag ing financial insights to drive strategic decision-making, ensuring that the firm scales efficiently while maintaining operational excellence . Monitor ing financial performance, analyz ing variances, and implement ing corrective actions as needed. Leverag ing data to identify trends, measur e effectiveness, and optimiz e resource allocation. Ensur ing leadership has real-time visibility into critical metrics and operational challenges.
