Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth and fiduciary management.
  • Proven track record in investments and trust administration.
  • Demonstrated success in sales management and advisory services.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize & Innovate: Develop and implement advanced sales management practices, investment products, and wealth planning services.
  • Lead & Inspire: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of top-tier advisors in fiduciary sales and wealth planning.
  • Collaborate & Grow: Partner with internal teams to design marketing and sales strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive growth.
  • Evaluate & Optimize: Maintain pricing discipline on fiduciary client relationships and identify new business opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Engage & Influence: Serve on Trust Administration and Asset Management Committees, shaping policies and procedures.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform investment and fiduciary decisions.
