About The Position

The Managing Director, Performance will be the head of our largest business unit with $27m+ under management. You will own the vision, strategy, and financial performance of the division, ensuring exceptional client outcomes while driving operational excellence and team development. This is an executive position which will directly report into the CEO, me. As CEO, I want your largest source of pride to be the quality of your team's work and the outcomes you accomplish for our clients. I care about client outcomes above all else. This role is ideal for a strategic operator and growth leader who thrives in high-performance environments and is passionate about building teams, scaling services, and driving measurable marketing results for mid-market and enterprise B2B brands. Requirements

  • 5-10+ yrs of experience managing agency operations with VP level direct reports
  • True depth of B2B marketing expertise
  • Hardest working, smartest, most honest person in every organization you have served
  • Monthly travel (1-2x @ 48 hr trips) across clients, events, and direct reports
