The Managing Director of US Sales will drive exceptional revenue and market share growth through a high-performing sales and retail marketing team. This role involves building long-term customer partnerships via a disciplined sales process to increase customer satisfaction and patient outcomes. The Managing Director will lead a team of Account Executives and Sales Representatives in a specified geography, cultivating talent through coaching, feedback, development plans, and driving accountability to achieve sales objectives. The position also entails executing regional business strategy aligned with national commercial sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of five years of marketing/sales experience within the hearing or medical device industry
  • Understanding of the dispensing marketplace

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess region to understand key skill gaps and competency strengths
  • Emphasis on frequent feedback and coaching opportunities through quarterly performance review discussions
  • Assess and understand Region needs and develop region strategy that aligns with national strategy
  • Complete and conduct internal quarterly business reviews, assessing forecast, pipeline, market dynamics and talent of the Region
  • Drive accountability and execution of the sales process with each representative
  • Train and drive accountability with sales team to utilize sales systems and tools focusing on CRM, account plans, QBRs and internal business reviews
  • Drive year over year market penetration growth within the Region while achieve key business objectives
  • Grow share of wallet while maintaining and developing strong customer partnerships throughout the Region
