In this role, you will: Work as the top subject matter expert to lead complex, innovative, and diverse initiatives with companywide impact and which are high risk and have significant scope, cost, and benefits Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex, significant, and companywide challenges Deliver solutions within Investment Banking functional area that are long term, large scale, broad reaching, and which require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and resolution Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding large scale, companywide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations Lead all levels of professionals and managers across the company Serve as an expert advisor within Investment Banking functional area to leadership Represent the company externally in industry networking, trade, and technical events

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Investment Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
  • Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification.
  • Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
