Direct U.S. intermediary sales activities through several markets/channels (e.g., broker dealer, financial planner/registered investment advisor, insurance company) and product areas (e. g., ETF, SMA, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments) in a defined geographic area, including managing all within the region/area Develop sales plans and budgets for the assigned region Develop and manage relationships with assigned intermediaries Work closely with sales staff on growing sales and market share in the assigned region and in developing and maintaining assigned intermediary relationships Supervise and provide mentorship to sales staff in a defined geographic region Coordinate efforts with marketing and portfolio management staff to launch and promote new products Actively partnering with Compliance, IT, Risk, Operations, Data, and other cross‑functional teams on an ongoing basis.
