About The Position

Kroll is seeking a Managing Director within its Financial Services Compliance &Regulatory (FSCR) practice with a specialization in digital assets. This rolewill support the continued development and delivery of the firm’s digital assetstrategy across the United States, working closely with FSCR leadership andcross-functional teams including investigations, valuation, risk advisory, anddisputes. The Managing Director will focus on advising financial institutions, fintechs,and digital asset market participants on compliance, regulatory risk, andsupervisory readiness. The role combines senior-level client advisory, businessdevelopment, and subject matter expertise in U.S. financial regulation as itapplies to digital assets, tokenization, and emerging financial infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field (JD, MBA, orsimilar advanced degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in financial services compliance, regulatoryadvisory, or supervisory environments.
Demonstrated experience in digital assets, fintech, tokenization, or emergingfinancial technologies.
Deep knowledge of U.S. AML/BSA, sanctions, securities, commodities, andbanking regulatory frameworks.
Experience engaging with regulatory authorities.
Proven experience developing and managing senior client relationships andrevenue generation.

Nice To Haves

Experience advising crypto exchanges, custodians, broker-dealers, or banksentering digital asset activities.
Familiarity with SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, OCC, and state-level regulatory regimesapplicable to digital assets.
Experience with regulatory examinations, remediation programs, andenforcement matters.
Understanding of governance and risk considerations for permissioned/privatedigital asset infrastructures.
