About The Position

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Advanced or graduate degree preferred. Minimum 15+ years of total work experience, ideally within financial services or securities industries. A portion of that work experience to be within, or closely related to, the diversified Corporates space. Proven success in client relationship management, business development, or strategic account leadership. A passion for the business with a “drive to win” and outperformance mindset. Commercial focus on growing the bottom line while managing and mitigating risk. Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and mobilize teams to deliver superior client outcomes. Deep understanding of the largest Texas-based corporates, as well as emerging trends, business models, and competitive dynamics. Analytical problem-solving skills and structured, fact-based decision-making ability. Exceptional communication and presentation skills—able to articulate complex concepts simply to diverse audiences. Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to navigate a matrixed organization effectively. Demonstrated professional maturity, sound judgment, and ability to instill confidence among stakeholders at all levels.
