You Are:
As the Managing Director, Civilian Data & AI Growth Lead at Accenture Federal Services, you will lead the strategy, business development, and delivery of cutting-edge data and artificial intelligence solutions for defense, intelligence, and related national security agencies. This executive position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and deep understanding of the federal data and AI technology landscape. The role would report to the Chief AI officer, and work closely with portfolio leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology, with at least 8 years focused on data analytics and AI solutions
• Proven track record of growing business and driving sales
• Executive presence and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders
• Experience leading strategic growth campaigns and delivering sustained growth
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in technology, business, or related field preferred
• Experience with relevant AI technologies including large language models, computer vision, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the growth strategy for data and AI solutions within the Civilian portfolio
• Build and maintain senior executive relationships with key Civilian clients as required.
• Lead large-scale pursuits and proposals for data and AI opportunities
• Align Civilian portfolio offerings with broader data and AI practice strategies
• Develop tailored solutions addressing the unique challenges facing defense and intelligence agencies
• Oversee delivery of certain complex data and AI programs, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction
• Recruit, build and lead high-performing teams of data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists
• Identify emerging technologies, software and platform partners, and market trends to maintain competitive advantage
• Establish thought leadership and messaging strategies in data and AI applications for the federal market
