About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Experience in finance, business management, strategy, or COO roles within financial services, with proven leadership in large-scale transformation and integration.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive agendas.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables), with a focus on design excellence and reporting automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams, fostering inclusion and professional growth.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills; entrepreneurial and initiative-taker mindset.
  • Disciplined approach to managing and improving processes, controls, and risk frameworks.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience with global payments, sales, or marketing functions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management in financial services.
  • Track record of driving digital transformation and process automation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior executives to define and execute business strategy for Payments Sales, Marketing & Transformation, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Shape and drive the business roadmap, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a global team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Oversee financial reporting, expense discipline, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate tracking and realization of revenue and ROI.
  • Lead the development and implementation of dashboards and reporting automation to support decision-making.
  • Drive harmonization of tools, processes, and performance measurement across teams and regions.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to business heads, proactively building relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • Respond to executive ad-hoc requests, including project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
  • Facilitate and lead governance forums, drive policy enhancements, and identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks.
