Provide technical and management leadership for ITSM architecture design with domain expertise in ITIL v4 and ServiceNow CSDM. Establish architectural goals and plans that meet enterprise service management objectives. Direct and control ITSM solution development with overall responsibility for governance frameworks, integration strategy, and technical staffing. Interface with senior management on strategic architecture decisions. Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices. Lead architecture planning for ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB). Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance with organizational standards. Develop integration strategies with third-party systems and enterprise tools. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators. Conduct system health checks and performance tuning. Stay current on ServiceNow releases and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
