The Managing Consultant role is a mid-level consulting role. Managing Consultants deliver high-value project-based consulting work for clients while learning from our experienced senior consultant team. They are life-long learners who are committed to their own career development, client success, the success of their colleagues, and fulfilling the mission and goals of our company. They utilize and build skills in project and program management and/or change management, consulting, and leadership. What you’ll do: Lead and manage mid-sized initiatives or a workstream of a larger program, including systems implementations, merger integration, business process redesign, and other business changes. Manage end-to-end client projects with a focus on outcomes, mitigating and communicating risks, communications and change management, team leadership, and stakeholder management. Use and build on your project management and/or change management experience, exceptional communications, leadership, trust-building, and organizational skills to successfully lead initiatives.
