About The Position

Lead day‑to-day delivery of complex client engagements from project initiation through completion, ensuring high‑quality and timely outputs. Apply structured problem‑solving, strategic frameworks, and analytical methods to address complex client challenges. Oversee quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesize findings, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables while coordinating across multi‑disciplinary teams. Serve as a day‑to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and supporting effective expectation management. Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting skill development, performance, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Progressive experience in management consulting, healthcare, public sector, or related advisory environments.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of prior professional experience (post Bachelor's degree).
  • Experience working with healthcare payers, with emphasis on Medical Management (e.g. Utilization Management) strategy and implementation
  • Demonstrated experience leading workstreams or projects, including managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience synthesizing complex information for senior audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with and developing junior staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Public trust Clearance (US citizenship required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting federal health clients or large, complex healthcare organizations.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning, operating model design, workforce planning, or transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity or experience with medical evidence research and policy development.
  • Experience managing client relationships in a consulting environment.
  • Prior people‑manager experience or demonstrated readiness to take on formal people‑management responsibilities.
