We are seeking a Managing Attorney to oversee the day-to-day operations in our Savannah office while handling diverse family law cases and making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. This position is critical in ensuring the productivity and profitability of the office by balancing legal expertise, team mentorship, and operational management. To be successful in this role, the Managing Attorney will: Oversee daily operations, productivity, and profitability of the Bellevue office. Lead, mentor, and develop legal staff through training, motivation, and support. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR on recruitment and policy compliance. Coordinate with other leaders to ensure cross-departmental support. Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice on family law matters. Represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and negotiate settlements. Compensation: $120,000 base + generous bonuses and commissions tied to billing and office profitability. Additionally, we are currently offering a $25,000 signing bonus for this role. The structure presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
