Vast knowledge of Revenue Cycle best practices, work flows, benchmarks, payer and compliance requirements in order to provide system recommendations and optimization methodology. Serve as liaison and/or advocate between Revenue Cycle Operations and Information Systems Department Provide guidance and communication around projects, upgrades, downtime, and package installs Provide information regarding system impacts to Revenue Cycle and R/C operational needs that may impact Information Systems Identify Revenue Cycle Applications team resources for acute and non-acute projects based on analyst's skill set and secure back up resource in case of unexpected absence Perform bi-weekly huddles to discuss change control, project updates, and daily tasks in team setting Maintain OneNote Technical Applications Folder Team Members and their respective Applications Team Member Contact Information Huddle Notes Who supports document Change Control Policy System Support Notes
