Requirements

• Maintain a minimum average availability of 35 hours per week and maintain flexible availability depending on the needs of the business - includes Fridays and Saturdays. The most common shifts this role requires are 6AM-2PM, 8AM-4PM, and 2PM-10 PM.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with other managers to ensure restaurant operations run smoothly.
• Lead, encourage, and develop team leaders and team members.
• Provide hands-on leadership in restaurant operations.
• Ensure team members are upholding Chick-fil-A operational requirements during all staffed hours.
• Ensure team members are in appropriate positions ahead of time for all guests to be served in a quick but never rushed atmosphere.
• Hold team members accountable for all expectations.
• Consistently evaluate flow of the area they are working in to prevent "bottlenecks" and proactively adjust where team members are needed at various times.
