Technology – Systems Implementation and Engineering – Technology Transformation Program Delivery – 09 Manager Our practice helps organizations deliver complex, large-scale technology transformations that enable business strategy, improve performance, and manage risk. The opportunityIn this role, you will build and manage the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy. You will provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality, while leading both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions. This role may also serve as a Senior Solution Consultant or Junior Solution Architect (Architect track) supporting o9 supply chain planning implementations. In this capacity, you will contribute to solution design, configuration, and delivery by helping translate business requirements into scalable, value‑driven planning solutions using the o9 Digital Brain platform. Your key responsibilitiesAs a Manager in this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of technology transformation, ensuring that projects are delivered effectively and efficiently. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
  • Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills in Program Structuring.

  • Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management Tools.

Responsibilities

  • Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
  • Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
  • Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
  • Travel required regularly as needed by external clients.
  • Promoting adoption, process improvement, and value realization as part of transformation initiatives
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery best practices
  • Supporting o9 solution design and implementation activities, including:
  • Participating in business and process design workshops
  • Contributing to fit‑gap analysis and translation of requirements into o9‑configurable solutions
  • Supporting functional and configuration teams during sprint execution and testing
  • Assisting with integration activities between o9 and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle)

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
