About The Position

Responsibilities: To support the management of Amity Hall Downtown Operating business, including but not limited to: Staff Training and Development Payroll assistance Inventory Management Cost of Goods Sold Increase of Sales Quality of Service Quality of Product Neighborhood Relations Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities and staffing Manage administrative work including all event communication, coordination, and execution Provide exceptional guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees Train, coach and develop all front-of-house employees through ongoing feedback and the establishment of performance expectations Ensure restaurant and bar is in complete compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations. Organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff. Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety. Is knowledgeable on all DOH requirements pertaining to establishment. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
