About The Position

Culligan seeks an individual experienced in customer-focused positions to act as a Manager. This position reports to the dealership's general manager and is responsible for managing all service, route, and warehouse personnel.

Requirements

  • People management experience is required
  • Sales experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations for Service Technicians, Route Drivers, and Warehouse Staff
  • Manage efficient routing of deliveries and service calls
  • Handle all sales opportunities for the business both inside and outside sales.
  • Consistently administer company policies and procedures within the branch
  • Perform daily reviews with individual Service Technicians, Route Drivers, and Staff
  • Assign, schedule, and review all daily service work, deliveries, and warehouse activities
  • Maintain performance standards for call-backs, stops per day, and overall productivity
  • Coach and counsel employees and address performance issues in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries, including any negative customer situations
  • Adhere to and uphold all company safety guidelines and safe work practices
  • Maintain an organized and neat warehouse
  • Manage, maintain, and secure equipment inventory and supplies
