We are looking for a full-service Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our polished casual restaurant. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our team members to provide excellent experiences for our guests and team members. Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards. To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and some experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the entire restaurant - the "whole" experience for our guests and team members. Create a training culture with high standards, accountability, and human empathy. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our team members during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.
