The most common shifts this role requires are 6AM-2PM, 8AM-4PM, and 2PM-10 PM. Work directly with other managers to ensure restaurant operations run smoothly. Lead, encourage, and develop team leaders and team members. Provide hands-on leadership in restaurant operations. Ensure team members are upholding Chick-fil-A operational requirements during all staffed hours. Ensure team members are in appropriate positions ahead of time for all guests to be served in a quick but never rushed atmosphere. Hold team members accountable for all expectations. Consistently evaluate the flow of the area they are working in to prevent "bottlenecks" and proactively adjust where team members are needed at various times.
