These individuals oversee project selection, prioritisation, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery. In agile and scrum management at PwC, you will focus on implementing and optimising agile methodologies and scrum frameworks to drive efficient project delivery and collaboration. You will be coaching teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and enabling continuous improvement in project management practices. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The Opportunity As part of the Agile and Scrum Management team you will lead the delivery of transformative Tax Technology initiatives using Agile methodologies. As a Manager you will supervise and develop teams, fostering meaningful client relationships and navigating complex project landscapes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of managing IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Agile methodology like Scaled Agile methodology, Kanban and Iterative.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems preferred
  • Certification(s) preferred: Certified Scrum Master/Certified Scrum Product Owner, KMP1, KMP2 (Kandan Certification), TFBR (Trainer Certification - optional), Agile Coaching Institute and Waterfall Methodology
  • Merging Agile leadership with Tax Technology domain experience to guide large-scale initiatives
  • Leading end-to-end delivery of Tax Technology implementations
  • Navigating complex Tax Technology integration and data migrations
  • Driving iterative delivery in enterprise environments
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies including PI (Program Increment) Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops and maintaining team alignment
  • Supporting Product Owner in backlog management
  • Fostering a collaborative environment for a dynamic team
