Requirements

Prior management or leadership experience in food service or retail (Chick-fil-A experience is a plus)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail and customer satisfaction
A positive, servant-leader attitude and passion for developing people
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
Manage, train, and develop team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all company and health department standards
Drive excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns with professionalism
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to maintain profitability
Collaborate on goal setting, team performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain strong communication across all levels of the restaurant team
