About The Position

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Manager (multiple openings) in New York, NY to: Play an integral role on a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients. Complete consulting engagements with other team members, including participating in interviews, analyzing confidential client data, and summarizing key findings. Conduct industry research and identify internal and external data resources to create custom analytics. Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data. Make targeted recommendations to Visa’s clients, including prioritization and roadmap, based on data-driven analysis. Develop client-specific presentations which address executive needs and deliver presentations to clients and internal Visa partner. Position reports to the New York, NY office and may allow for partial telecommuting. Requirements

  • Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a Manager-related occupation.
  • Analyze payment transaction and customer behavior data using Excel, Tableau, and Think Cell to identify high-value segments and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Develop market entry, growth, and optimization strategies for clients in the payments industry, including co-brand card programs, loyalty initiatives, and merchant engagement plans.
  • Build financial models incorporating payment volume forecasts, cost-benefit analysis, and regulatory considerations to support client decision-making.
  • Create C-suite presentations that distill complex payment and market insights into actionable strategies for executives.
  • Lead strategy design and implementation planning for co-brand card programs, loyalty solutions, and merchant partnership initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Design customer segmentation frameworks using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Data Science, Product & Design, and Sales teams to deliver high-impact consulting engagements.
  • Synthesize competitive, market, and technology trends in payments and fintech to generate thought leadership and industry insights.
