Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong skills in Change Management, Communication, Leadership, Planning Ability, Process Improvements, and Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced program management skills to follow the organization's strategic plan and lead program delivery execution of large-to-medium and/or complex programs spanning multiple organizations.
• Understand the scope of programs as defined by business requirements and budget process.
• Participate in key planning milestones and identify required cross-functional teams.
• Build program plans and maintain program records.
• Identify and manage program critical path, being mindful of upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program.
• Work with resource leadership to obtain and assign resources to the program plan.
• Support the budget and resource forecasting process.
• Analyze areas of risk and establish contingency plans.
• Communicate updates on major milestones and keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
• Monitor and ensure quality of program deliverables.
• Develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies, and tools to support implementation of programs.
