About The Position

The Workforce Management Forecasting Leader is responsible for strategic workforce planning across a 3–18 month horizon, driving accurate volume and staffing forecasts for back-office and contact center operations. This role partners cross-functionally to model demand, inform financial and operational decisions, and implement WFM solutions that enable scalable, data-driven workforce strategies. The team leads enterprise workforce forecasting and planning efforts that directly influence operational readiness and financial performance. Working closely with Business Development, Product, Operations, and Finance, this role ensures staffing strategies align with growth initiatives, seasonal demand, and evolving business priorities.

Requirements

  • Workforce Management experience with deep expertise in forecasting and staffing models.
  • Hands-on experience with IEX/NICE WFM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in long-range planning, scenario modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate insights effectively to senior leadership.
  • Experience delivering training, supporting change management efforts, and documenting assumptions clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field and 2 years’ experience in data management, business analytics, statistics, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain volume, workload, and AHT forecasts across call, chat, email, and back-office functions.
  • Build shrinkage assumptions, seasonality models, and event-based forecasts to support monthly and quarterly outlooks.
  • Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and campaign/product impact modeling.
  • Track forecast accuracy and continuously refine assumptions and methodologies.
  • Lead WFM system initiatives (IEX/NICE), including implementation support, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and end-user training.
