About The Position

AtriCure is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Website to oversee the daily operations of our web properties and lead AI Web integration. This role is responsible for optimizing the user experience, driving conversions, and ensuring our websites align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, SEO, and web design, and will serve as the bridge between marketing, design, and our IT and CRM partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of website management or related experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Familiarity with industry tools such as Google Suite, CRM, Figma, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful Web strategy and AI integration.
• Good project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, Sanity, etc.).
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
• Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute web strategies; determine and guide ways to incorporate AI tools for content personalization, predictive analytics, and automated testing.
• Lead SEO and GEO strategy and implementation; determine and guide ways incorporate AI tools for keyword clustering, content gap analysis, and SERP trend forecasting.
• Lead the team on monitoring and analyzing site performance using GA4 and Looker Studio; generate actionable insights and reports.
• Guide the team to implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager and AI-based tag automation tools to support marketing and analytics needs.
• Leverage AI-based heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral analytics to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Lead the team to continuously optimize the user journey to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Creative, and Product teams to assist in creating site experiences for campaigns, therapy initiatives, and always-on programs, ensuring accurate messaging, timing, and capabilities needed to execute.
• Understand and make recommendations on website’s information architecture, site navigation, and basic user flow.
• Build relationships and work closely with our internal partners, including CRM and IT counterparts.
• Represent the team on backlog refinement calls and provide feedback and recommendations on behalf of the marketing team.
• Maintain and evolve the site’s information architecture and navigation to support user needs.
• Oversee the web team, managing direct report(s).
• Work closely with project managers, designers, writers, and developers to ensure a cohesive and user-centered product experience.
• Support the delivery of web strategy roadmap and KPIs.
• Problem solve creatively and imaginatively with a proactive approach.
