The Role We are seeking a Manager, Web & Content Strategy to join our Growth & Channel Activation team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the content and experience strategy for Prudential.com, supporting specific business lines. Reporting to the Director, Web & Content Strategy, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to define, implement, monitor, and optimize web experiences that drive customer engagement and business outcomes. This is a hybrid role based in Newark, NJ, with onsite work expected 3 days per week.
