The Manager, Warehouse Projects oversees and elevates all operations at the Woodward warehouse, ensuring a high level of organization, safety, and readiness. This role upholds Four Hands’ standards of excellence by maintaining a showcase-ready facility, supporting trade show, photography, and sample operations, and driving accountability, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration. The Manager ensures all products are handled with care, precision, and consistency across special-handling workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of warehouse or operations leadership experience, preferably in furniture, home goods, or product-handling environments
  • Proven experience managing teams and complex workflows with high attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of product care, packaging, and damage prevention
  • Demonstrated ability to elevate facility standards and lead by example
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Woodward facility, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • Maintain the facility in a consistently showcase-ready state suitable for executive and C-suite walkthroughs
  • Establish and maintain SOPs that drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Lead, coach, and develop hourly and salaried team members with a focus on ownership and follow-through
  • Manage all trade show preparation and execution for Las Vegas and High Point markets
  • Ensure items are accurately picked, properly blanket wrapped, safely staged, and shipped on schedule
  • Collaborate with trade show, transportation, and planning teams to meet deadlines and presentation standards
  • Maintain strict quality control for all outbound show product
  • Support the photography team by providing unboxed, prepared product ready for studio use
  • Oversee timely delivery to and from the studio and proper return of photographed items to storage
  • Maintain accuracy, care, and timeliness to align with studio schedules and creative timelines
  • Partner with the sample room team to provide unboxed and assembled samples for internal review
  • Manage re-packaging, blanket wrapping, and return of samples to storage
  • Ensure all samples are handled with care and attention, reflecting their importance to design, sales, and leadership teams
  • Provide operational support to Four Hands Home as needed to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Serve as a dependable partner across departments, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively
  • Champion all Four Hands safety programs, policies, and expectations
  • Foster a culture of accountability where safety, quality, and process adherence are non-negotiable
  • Conduct regular safety walks, audits, and coaching sessions
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and all regulatory requirements
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
