About The Position

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll split your time between treating patients and leading a team of Virtual Physical Therapists. Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in California (CA), Texas (TX), and at least one additional U.S. state
  • 2+ years of pelvic health experience required
  • Proven people management experience (external leadership required)
  • Experience managing remote/virtual teams
  • Passion for women’s health and patient education
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • Experience delivering care via tele health and passionate about tele health

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and support a team of Virtual Physical Therapists
  • Drive performance across patient outcomes, retention, and care quality
  • Conduct visit shadowing and provide actionable feedback
  • Build a strong, connected, and high-performing remote team
  • Treat patients virtually (~50% of your time) It will increase 50% as your team grows!
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based pelvic health care
  • Support complex cases and elevate clinical standards
  • Partner with Clinic Directors and cross-functional teams nationwide
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new clinicians
  • Contribute to provider education, content, and brand awareness
  • Help scale and optimize virtual care delivery
