About The Position

A patient-centered outpatient physical therapy clinic in San Rafael, CA is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join a supportive, collaborative team. This role focuses on treating both men and women with pelvic floor conditions while also incorporating orthopedic physical therapy as appropriate. Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
Active or eligible California Physical Therapist license
Experience or training in pelvic health physical therapy (coursework or certification preferred)
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient engagement skills
Passion for delivering individualized, patient-focused care

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and orthopedic conditions
Provide care for both male and female pelvic health patients, including conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum recovery, and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based pelvic health and orthopedic techniques
Educate patients on pelvic health, movement strategies, and home exercise programs
Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with referring providers and clinical team members to ensure coordinated patient care
