The Team Value Engineering operates at the very heart of Celonis, where strategic consulting meets groundbreaking technology. We are the bridge between our Go-to-Market and our Product & Engineering organization, maximizing the value our customers realize from the Celonis Process Intelligence platform and its market-leading AI-powered Execution and Automation capabilities. Value Engineering has full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of our customers – landing, expanding, adopting and renewing. Responsibilities include translating customers’ objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects that transform processes through intelligent automation and AI, building specific Celonis business cases and demos, running value workshops, and engaging with multiple senior stakeholders to deliver value driven results and secure long term partnership agreements.

Requirements

  • A previous people manager with proven ability to lead by example
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify all VE engagements and do discovery with customers directly
  • Demonstrated business domain expertise within Financial Services
  • Experience in major strategic transformation initiatives
  • Ability to articulate a compelling value roadmap that integrates process mining with AI-driven execution
  • Deep understanding of the strategic challenges facing the C-Suite in Financial Services
  • Strong technical acumen regarding technologies used in the industry
  • Proven experience guiding customer’s IT teams throughout their Process Intelligence journey
  • Hands-on ability to demonstrate the power of our Process Intelligence Platform
  • Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic programs and projects across multiple Financial Services accounts
  • Experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management
  • Demonstrated experience of following the Celonis value selling methodology
  • Proven track record of identifying and prioritizing use cases and implementing improvement measures

Responsibilities

  • Identify & Frame Value for Prospects/Customers
  • Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including responsibility for landing, expanding, adoption and renewing accounts
  • Translate customers’ strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases, demonstrating how AI-powered process intelligence and automation will deliver measurable ROI
  • Evangelize the Process Intelligence Platform across prospects and customers
  • Communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives in partnership with sales leadership
  • Serve as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio and solidify Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform for our customers
  • Create & Scale Value Across The Portfolio By leveraging Our Full Platform Suite Including Industry-leading AI Solutions
  • Lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey
  • Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement
  • Support our customers in building a strategic expansion roadmap embedding Celonis Process Intelligence Platform as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization
  • Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
  • Ensure customer success and architect improvement measures and manage change within the customer base
  • Provide feedback to our product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases
  • Develop world-class talent through hands-on engagement, continuous feedback, and active mentorship
  • Lead by example and consistently demonstrate the Celonis Leadership Principles
  • Effectively allocate Celonis resources to deliver on company sales, renewals, value, and adoption targets
  • Communicate success and risks proactively within the organization
