Requirements

Responsibilities

Manages an algorithm development group of several sub-groups responsible for the research, design, development and implementation & proliferation accompanying of algorithmic solutions in accordance with project budgets and time schedules.
Guide managers during construction and monitoring of work plans.
Align work plans with relevant interfaces.
Allocate resources within teams.
Construct and monitor group's strategic work plan
Act as a technical mentor and guide algorithm developers and managers.
Guide managers with regarding to managerial duties
Guide and assure quality of recruitment, training, AOP, IDP and promotion processes.
Align processes within group level
Assure development according to development processes and methodology
Understand PL and external customer long term algorithmic needs and align work plans to meet them
Guide identification, definition and management of interfaces with external collaborators (sub-contractors, academy)
Impacts the business results of a team or area by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies and developing policies and plans
Influences others internally and externally, including senior management
