About The Position

Manages an algorithm development group of several sub-groups responsible for the research, design, development and implementation & proliferation accompanying of algorithmic solutions in accordance with project budgets and time schedules. Guide managers during construction and monitoring of work plans. Align work plans with relevant interfaces. Guide and assure quality of recruitment, training, AOP, IDP and promotion processes. Align processes within group level Assure development according to development processes and methodology Understand PL and external customer long term algorithmic needs and align work plans to meet them Guide identification, definition and management of interfaces with external collaborators (sub-contractors, academy) Guided by business unit, department or sub-functional business plans Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families Applies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the segment/function Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources Influences others internally and externally, including senior management
