The Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health provides direction and leadership to the clinical and fiscal development, implementation, and ongoing management of all resources needed. Provides leadership, strategic implementation and budget accountability for the continuous operation and staffing of the assigned behavioral health service teams. Interacts with patients, internal employees, and external agencies in a professional manner, keeping with the mission and values of the organization. Ensures program requirements are being met for assigned services. Develops and sustains effective working relationships with county, state, regulatory organizations, other human service agencies and affiliated communities. Assists with the preparation and performance of the operational.
