Your New Role… Responsible for directing and managing development and programming of reality series for broadcast, cable television and streaming.

Requirements

Position requires a minimum of 3 years in reality programming.
Must have previous experience coordinating all aspects of a busy creative work environment including setting pitch meetings, network meetings, courting talent, scheduling set visits and more.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Must be able to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines
Must be able to prepare clear and concise reports, manuals etc. for management.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote, Outlook.
Must be detailed-oriented and extremely organized
Must be able to handle confidential information
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to problem solve within scope of responsibility
Must be able to handle multiple tasks

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinates meetings and flow of information throughout department and to outside entities such as networks, producing partners and more.
Assists senior executives with logistics and creative during the development and production of series.
Help identify talent for development projects and current series
Will be involved with creative oversight of on-air series under the guidance of senior executives
Maintains and establishes new relationships with the creative community (producers, and performers), agents and managers with the end goal of identifying outside material and talent for Warner Horizon productions.
Acts as liaison between the WB Television Departments (Production, Publicity, Business Affairs) to streamline the flow of information.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
