Position Overview Leads and manages a Support Service Unit responsible for emphasizing all aspects of the casework/submissions ensuring proper retention management, training, process efficiency activities, records requests, billing and reporting. Performs managerial activities ensuring the achievement of team and individual performance goals with a focus on timeliness, quality, and productivity. Works collaboratively with various client functions both internally and externally that may extend beyond the area of oversight.
