The Manager Treasury requires an in-depth understanding of treasury concepts, theories, and principles and basic knowledge of other related disciplines. The Manager Treasury must be able to apply an understanding of the industry to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies for the treasury discipline, as well as identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems that impact effectiveness. The Manager Treasury impacts the level of service and the treasury team's ability to meet quality and timeliness objectives. Decisions made by the Manager Treasury should be guided by policies, resource requirements, budgets, and the business plan. The Manager Treasury Manages professional employees and supervisors and is accountable for the performance and results of the treasury group. The role will address resource and operational challenges by appropriately adapting departmental plans and priorities.
