Who we are looking for Toyota Financial Services’ Treasury Systems Team is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Manager, Treasury Systems and Processes. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of treasury systems and strategic projects that drive operational excellence and financial innovation. Reporting to the National Manager Treasury Systems and Processes, you will play a key role in advancing Toyota Financial Services’ mission to optimize liquidity management and support business growth through cutting-edge technology and process enhancements. Success in this role means ensuring treasury systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs, while fostering collaboration across teams to innovate and streamline processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field that provides a solid foundation for treasury and systems management.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury operations, financial systems management, or project leadership within a financial services environment.
  • Proven track record managing treasury or financial systems implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on time.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and foster collaboration.
  • Proficiency with treasury management systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Finance, or related) that deepens your expertise in treasury management or financial technology.
  • Extra years of experience leading large-scale treasury or financial system projects.
  • Specialized certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Experience working in a highly regulated financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of emerging treasury technologies and digital transformation trends.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management and enhancement of treasury systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Lead strategic treasury projects from conception through execution, driving timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, finance, and business partners to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to optimize system performance and support.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to treasury team members on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance metrics and implement solutions to enhance reliability and user experience.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and support Toyota Financial Services’ financial objectives.
