We are looking for someone passionate about the hospitality industry with strong existing knowledge of what it takes to lead the most high-value-add concierge team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, ambitious and determined person who wants to help elevate others through their career in the customer service and concierge space to the next level This role will be leading our travel team, which is one of the world’s fastest-growing travel businesses. You will communicate with clients, suppliers, and training team members to provide best-in-class service to our members. You will curate special trips and ensure every detail is checked so that members have a stress-free travel experience and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of intuition to anticipate and exceed client needs
  • Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings, weekends and some holidays
  • Experience working with high value requests
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 5 years of experience coordinating travel
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a travel sales team

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • 6+ years of experience coordinating travel
  • 6+ years experience in managing a travel sales team
  • 8+ year of Global Distribution System (GDS) or other online travel tools experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive team leaders to achieve quarterly sales and service targets
  • Collaborate across product, sales, and service departments to enhance operations efficiency.
  • Develop sales strategies to drive results
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics
  • Work closely with marketing and partnerships to strengthen the brand’s global positioning and value proposition.
  • Point of contact for member and partner escalations
