ISO New England is the independent system operator responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable flow of electricity in our region and planning for the future of the electric grid. We are at the forefront of New England’s ongoing transition to clean energy. The primary role of this position is to provide technical leadership, management oversight and stakeholder support in planning for a reliable bulk electric power system in New England and Northeastern North America. This is achieved by planning, controlling, coordinating, and managing the reliability assessment process under the ISO-NE Tariff.
