The Manager of Transformation Engineer leads the Transformation Engineering team partnering with senior leadership to drive clinical, operational, and business process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role manages the development and implementation of transformation strategies, methodologies, and initiatives, serving as a system resource for process improvement and performance excellence. The Manager oversees the transformation project portfolio as well as leads some multidisciplinary projects, coaches engineers, and sustains improvements through structured project management, data-driven decision making, and change management expertise. Requirements

  • Minimum 7 yrs transformation experience, with demonstrated results in healthcare or similar settings
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in data reporting and outcome tracking
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management or equivalent certification required
